"TIDES OF TOMORROW" NEWS
As you should very well know, the "Tides Of Tomorrow" CDEP/LP is now available in all finer record stores on the planet. The foil-stamping on the Cave In logo for the initial run of CD's sports a defect. This will be fixed on the second run of CD's so that it looks more like the front cover of your favorite old comic books. The Japanese version also sports a defect - the foil emboss is red instead of the intended green. At first glance, the poor Japanese folks are thinking we've now gone totally reggae. But the U.S. version of the non-picture disc LP looks absolutely perfect! Score one for the vinyl junkies.

CMJ A NO-GO
We were originally planning on playing this year's CMJ Festival in New York City. But instead, we are going to enjoy our much-needed time off before our upcoming November / December trip to Europe. Maybe some Trick-Or-Treating, maybe some video-gaming, maybe some bird-watching instead...

"DARK DRIVING" MUSIC VIDEO UPDATE
We will be using live footage from this past summer's Monarch show in London for the "Dark Driving" video. The black and white footage will be edited to the studio version of the song by the director of the live shoot. We're hoping to have this done just in time for Halloween the very latest.

NEW ALBUM UPDATES
A few of us are staying in Los Angeles to work on recalls of the mixes with Rich Costey over at Cello Studio. We hope to have the album mastered at the very end of October. A release for the album is still being planned at the very end of February 2003. Oh, and we do have a title for it, but we'll tell you that later.
